Andrzej Bartie Bikowski

Experienced, performance-driven footwear designer. Since early 2011, has worked in Denmark as a Lead Designer for ECCO Shoes, building the performance design team. Currently heading the Men's and Golf categories.

Bartie has over 20 years of design experience, including work on athletic, outdoor, and casual footwear for many brands such as ASICS, Adidas, Avia, and ECCO.

Detail-oriented self-starter with excellent design, shoemaking, and leadership skills. Strong ability to manage multiple projects and a team of designers under strict timelines.

Solid academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Industrial Design and an Ars Sutoria shoemaking course.
